Any day from Monday to Thursday that is a Saudi business day and a business day in the market/s in which the Fund substantially invests.
Subscription Fee
2% of subscriptions amount.
Management Fee
1.50% of NAV p.a.
Other expenses
The Fund Manager reserves the right to charge the Fund any other actual fees and expenses, allowed to be charged by regulations, such as custody fees, auditor fees, remuneration of independent directors of the Fund Board, CMA fees, Tadawul fees, as well as administrative, data processing and operational expenses. The other fees and expenses will be reviewed by the Fund Manager on quarterly basis (every three months) and will not exceed 0.5% of the average value of the Fund's assets during the financial year.

25/05/1444H corresponding to 19/12/2022G, the fund manager reserves the right to start the fund before this day in case that the minimum targeted amount to start operating the fund has been collected.

Principal Risks of Investing in the Fund
The Fund is suitable for an investor who seeks capital growth and income generation and at the same time is willing to accept the high risks associated with equity markets generating potential returns on a long-term basis. However, the Fund is subject to high market volatility (due to the composition of its portfolio) and, as a result, the Unit price may rise or fall, and upon redemption, the Unitholder may not be able to recover all or any of the principal invested amount. The past performance of the fund is not an indication of a return growth in the Fund’s future performance.
