Mr. AlSabty is a seasoned chartered accountant with experience across public and private initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, investment product development, asset management, and the disclosure and governance of listed companies.
Previous roles include Head of the Listed Companies and Investment Products Department at the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and CEO of Riyadh Capital.
He currently holds positions on the boards of Tadawul, the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, Jada Fund of Funds Company and Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC)
Mr. AlSabty holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from King Saud University, an MBA from Colorado Technical University, a Certified Public Accountant's Certificate from the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), and an American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Certificate (CPA).
